Would it be possible to include a character's certificates in your app like Neocom does? I prefer FlySafe for the standings information, but I still use Neocom for the certificates.

Yes sure, it will be done.
I try to do the most important functionalities before the others, with two releases a month. But what are the most important, it depends of everyone. A time target for certificates could be around august.
